Scenario

It's Wednesday afternoon and just as you are about to leave for lunch you receive a email from your boss. In the email your boss states that they need a list of all of the current groups in your company's Google Workspace domain that are allowed to have external members. Your company has thousands of groups and this would be tedious task that could take all day, except you had the foresight to get gPanel Data Security. You fire it up and click on the Reporting feature. You create an Adhoc Report for "Groups" that "Allow External Members". You export the results (or your search) and share out the list to your boss.
