Google Workspace Annual Plan and Annual Billing

With an annual or multi-year plan and annual bill, you commit to purchasing the service for a full year. For annual billing, you only pay when you first purchase the service, when you want to purchase additional licenses, and then again on your renewal date. For multi-year annual billing, you pay for 12 months of service at a time, at the beginning of each year of your multi-year commitment, and when you want to add more licenses or renew.When you want to purchase additional licenses, you pay for the licenses at the time of purchase at a pro-rated cost based on your renewal date.

Google Workspace Annual Plan and Monthly Billing

With an annual or multi-year plan and monthly bill, you commit to purchasing the service for a specific amount of time  and you pay on a monthly basis. When you purchase additional licenses, you don't pay for them upfront. Instead, the additional licenses are added to your next billing invoice at a pro-rated cost based on your renewal date. If you cancel your subscription before the year is up, you still pay for the full year. Annual or multi-year commitments are eligible for discounts to our valued partners.
