gPanel® Product Enhancement: Promevo Introduces a New Bulk Operation Tool

Building off the Calendar Events report we released earlier this summer, Promevo has added a new Abandoned Calendar Events bulk operation to the gPanel® platform. This tool will enable admins to delete multiple abandoned events with a single click.

In order to ensure data security and enforce policy adherence, Workspace admins must be able to clean up their domain. 


The Abandoned Calendar Events bulk operation tool gives admins oversight into the events, recurring meetings, and other resources saved on former employees’ calendars. Admins can then delete these events with a single click, thereby streamlining deletion and increasing overall efficiency.

gPanel® Product Enhancement: Promevo Introduces Mobile Application Report

Security is paramount in today ‘s digital landscape. So, in an effort to help our clients maintain security best practices, Promevo has added a new Mobile Application report to the gPanel® platform. 


Administrators now have the ability to generate or schedule a report that will display applications that their employees have installed on their mobile devices.


The Mobile Application report is just one of 60 unique reports available in gPanel®.

The Licenses Type report now includes the Archived User Licenses tab, enabling admins to view all their license types in one location.

Why you’d use it 

Archived User accounts will now appear in your License Types Reports, enabling you to see all license types in use across your organization. Previously this report only included Google Apps, Google Drive Storage, and Google Vault users.
