If you want to take a screenshot of a specific part of your screen:

  1. Press the  ctrl key, the Shift key, and the Window Switch key together.
  2. Your cursor turns into a little target. You are now able to click and drag with your mouse or track-pad to select the area you want to screenshot. Releasing the mouse button will take the screenshot of the area you’ve selected.

When you take a screenshot, a notification will pop up in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Your screenshot appears inside of your files app on the Chromebook, and is labeled as a screenshot with the time and date of when the screenshot was created.
